Sedan/SUV – Cancellations are not charged if notification is made more than 130 minutes before the pickup. On trips were the pickup is more than 1.5 hours from the service office, the cancelation must be made 40 minutes before required dispatch time. Not giving required notice may result in cancelation charges up to the full rate for the trip.
Motor Coaches, Shuttle Buses, Vans and Specialty Vehicles – Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of the pick-up. A cancellation under 7 days may be charged up to the full rate for the trip.
Affiliate trips: For trips booked through our affiliate network, cancellation policies differ by vendor and/or location. All fees incurred are the responsibility of the booker and/or passenger for each reservation. In some cases, up to 48 hours is required for no fees to be incurred.
Please check with your booking agent for any specific questions regarding our cancellation policy.
NO SHOW/CANCEL ON ARRIVAL: Failure to cancel a trip in accordance with the cancellation guidelines will be subject to a charge up to and including full fare, wait time, gratuity and all applicable fees & taxes. Leaving pick-up without contacting Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine
prior to leaving will result in a No-Show charge.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Any expenses incurred in order to provide services will be passed on to the customer. These charges include but are not limited to: Tolls, Parking, permits, luggage carts, or other items requested/purchased on your behalf. These fees may be charged even if cancelled.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE/RATE: Any trip starting on a Holiday (see list) will have a Holiday Surcharge or rate. Current Holidays (subject to change) New Years Day, Presidents Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day and New Years Eve
DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONAL CODES/SPECIALS: Only one discount may be applied per trip. Specials and promotional codes may not be used on corporate pricing unless specified.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION: Please note that Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine will make a pre-authorization on your credit or debit card in the days leading up to your trip to confirm that payment for services will be available. Once trip is completed the full charge will process
through and any remaining monies will be released by your credit card company/bank. Please note that while using a debit card, the pre-authorization, your bank will hold the actual funds in your account. Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine recommends using a credit card where available, instead of a debit card.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine and its affiliates reserves the right to charge a delivery/ shipping and handling fee for returning lost items if found. Found items will be held for no more than 30 days after being found in a vehicle.
FLAT RATE PRICING: PRICES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY – Final pricing calculated when trip is completed. Additional charges for stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, permit fees, etc. may apply.
HOURLY PRICING: All hourly trips are billed from Garage (either Union, NJ or Easton, PA) to Garage unless specified elsewhere, vehicle reports back to location it departed from. Prices are estimated based on typical travel time and may be higher due to delays from construction, weather or other events beyond our control.
TRAVEL TIME: if asked, Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine will suggest an appropriate pick-up time based on the time needed to travel!
Cleaning or Damaged fee: A Cleaning or Damaged fee may apply that caused by client or their guest on any of Z-Bus / Fleetwood Limousine ‘s vehicles and its affiliates network / partners’ vehicles as well up $500.
